Super Thai food. Great for carry out. They do not serve adult beverages here.
A classic, delicious Thai restaurant. Their Pad Thai is one of the best I’ve ever had, and their portions are enormous- I always have enough to take home for another meal. Their Thai iced tea is also very yummy. Interior is nice (not what you would assume from looking at the outside) and service is always good.
Ate at Siam Spicy last night. What a fabulous place! The decor and service were good, but the food has me wanting to go back fore more! Especially loved the spring rolls and the stir fried garlic & black pepper chicken over lettuce!! Mmmm. Still thinking about it today!
We had an amazing time at this restaurant. We liked the awesome vibes and the meals. The waiters are super personal. I’m happy we eventually decided to visit this place.
Extremely good resturant and is a lot classier on the inside than you would expect 10/10 would eat again
Got carryout. Ordered veggie-only Drunken Noodles but they did not add extra veggies. Way less veggies than dine-in 🤔 Both dishes were tasty. Ordered Mild-Plus and it was hot!!!
Chicken satai and curry fried rice good. Family loves
Hands down best Thai food in Metro Detroit! Their gai tom kha is to die for! Staff is welcoming and friendly. Never had a dish I didn't like. All their Thai curries are extremely tasty and authentic. For the uninitiated, I'd recommend mild. They are serious about their spice! The prices are pretty cheap too.
Terrible carry out service. Waited 30 mins for a soup! Expect the worst. If you’re into flys, crickets 🦗 and dirty mops laying around this place is for you. Unfortunately, I had a long time to sit in the lobby and observe it all.
My meal was acceptable for a first time visit... But only 3 of the 6 people attending dinner were happy with our choice... I suggest the wait staff pay closer attention to the orders taken and the the menu reflect the food presented..
This place is worth a try. They serve large portions for reasonable rates. Constantly well kept and with excellent vibes. Will come back again.
They closed down the place the workers got no notice and let me tell you it was not a good experience to work there either!
The place offers an awesome variety of delicious food. I like dining here. Employees are always very nice, prices are convenient and the spot is always well organised.
Context on my rating: 80% is decent. I give this restaurant that because they keep me coming back for their one dish and I haven't had any bad interactions. I usually look into restaurants that are 4.3+, have unique food, and a fun vibe.My specific go-to is drunken noodles. Carry-out is quick and they're always polite. Not really explored more menu items. Service was good when I ate in once with my significant other. Cozy enough inside and didn't notice some of the cleanliness issues in the bathroom other have mentioned, but I am not necessarily the most observant individual. Not really somewhere I'd go to again for any particular vibes, but will come back for their drunken noodles- it has a great flavor. Will try drunken noodles elsewhere as a result.
The rating of my experience is for the Thai food, I just couldn't believe it, I expected better for the high price for the dish. I wasn't too familiar with the menu. I told the waitress I wanted a fish dish, and what they had was catfish with a special sauce, I didn't know what that meant, and the waitress wasn't familiar with those dishes that had fish. My food arrived 20 minutes later, and to my surprise, it was dark pieces of fish, one of them had a strong smell, and it looks like it was swimming in a pool of tarty, cilantro, spicey, sweet taste, soup, it sure wasn't gravy. Yikes, I learned from experience you can't express your dislike of the food in the Asian restaurants, they don't take criticism too well. I'm done, I won't be back $17.00 dollars gone down the drain. My stomach was not feeling good when I arrive home from the restaurant.

Small place with decent service. Food was fairly priced, but I've had bigger portions elsewhere. We ordered the pad see ew and fried catfish with coconut curry and it was delicious. I like spice, but I ordered no spice for my kid. Pad see ew was as ordered, but catfish was spicy. From reading other reviews, they seem to have an issue getting the orders completely correct........and I would have to agree with that. Outside of that, I have no complaints.
A hidden gem. Decided to eat in and we were seated immediately. Went for a couple of appetizers and Pad Thai. We had good service throughout dinner and the food was fast delicious. Found out that the medium is spicy but thankfully water was available and free!
Went here for lunch and to be fair it was just average to me. The soup that came with the meal had way too much pepper in it, but was tasty none the less. I ordered Pad Thai and asked for it to be medium spicy. It felt like there was no spice at all when i got it, and was a bit disappointed. Again the food was delicious but really did not make me feel it was worth more than 3 stars.
Have driven by Siam Spicy for years and finally stopped in for lunch today. I had pineapple fried rice and my son had curry fried rice. We both had chicken. Lunch came with a soup I have never had before. Seemed to be a chicken soup with barley. Had a taste of ginger. Something different. Not bad.All in all our experience was good. Not busy at all at 1 pm.
Ordered pad Thai. Food was fast/hot, Flavor was good. Noodles were very very oily- the only drawback. Keep in mind spice level is a little higher here compared to other Thai restaurants around when you are ordering.
#23 is the absolute best. My recommendation if you order
Delicious food. Good service.
The best Thai food in town!
I moved out of state for 9 years. This was one of my three places I had to stop at anytime I came home. Love their food and the owners are such great people.
I've enjoyed this place before, but today they did me wrong. I order food for my dad, who is very sick, and told them twice to make it mild. When I brought his order to the hospital it was spicy. 😓 😢
Simply the best Thai in town no frills just awesome food
Fast food and very nice people. I got drunken noodles and pad Thai which came out to $25 so I’d say $$ but it was a very good portion. Sauces were a little greasy otherwise fairly good
It's a 4 down from a 5. Portions are smaller and more expensive Place used to be a cheap bargain. I guess now that royal oak has become so upscale they figured they could raise their prices...significantly
I've eaten here before, and the food & service are very good!
Noodles were mushy. Didnt like this food at all. Waitress was very nice and friendly though.
Been going here for years and it's always good, but tonight it was exceptionally good! Everything seemed fresh and crunchy, flavors were in point, everything was great. Try the curry peanut... So good. Also they don't mess around in terms of spice... You've been warned.
